It's the easiest to get into Montaasi's activities through the 'Current events' page<\/a> or by following Montaasi's Telegram group<\/a> and by taking part in events. For example, the weekly movie nights and the film courses are an excellent way to get to know the club. You can also contact the board directly the board<\/a>. You can also find Montaasi on Discord<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Montaasi members can take part in all club events<\/a> (including movie nights, excursions, courses and film productions), use the clubroom equipment free of charge and rent filming equipment<\/a> at an inexpensive cost. In addition, the club provides members with information about upcoming film events and inexpensive movie tickets and the ability to get to know film industry professionals.<\/p>\n

Become a member<\/h3>\n

The Montaasi association is open to everyone. The membership term is from September 1st to August 31st. Members who have joined the club in July or August get the next membership term (starting from September) free of charge.<\/p>\n

Montaasi uses the Kide.app website as its membership register. You can become a member of Montaasi through this link<\/a> .<\/strong><\/p>\n

If you are a member of AYY (a student of Aalto University), select the 'Student member' option in Kide.app. If you do not study at Aalto University, you are welcome to join Montaasi as an external member - in this case, select the 'External member' option in Kide.app. According to the Associations' Rules,<\/a> only student members can vote in the association's meetings.
