Welcome to hear more about activities of Montaasi! <\/p>\n<p>Agenda for the general meeting:<\/p>\n<p>    1. Opening of the meeting<br \/>\n    2. Selection of the chair and secretary for the meeting<br \/>\n    3. Selection of the minutes-checkers (2 persons)<br \/>\n    4. Selection of the vote counters (2 persons)<br \/>\n    5. Ascertainment of the legitimacy and quorum of the meeting<br \/>\n    6. Approval of the agenda<br \/>\n    7. Presentation of the annual report, financial statements and the testimonial of the auditor<br \/>\n    8. Confirmation of the statements<br \/>\n    9. Approving of waving of the liabilities of the previous year's board<br \/>\n    10. Approving of the action plan of the current board<br \/>\n    11. Confirming of the financial estimates of the current board<br \/>\n    12. Deciding of the membership fees for the next membership season<br \/>\n    13.
